***Please see attached combined synopsis for details*** NOAA's National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) West Coast Regional Office (WCR) is seeking to collaborate with a particular entity that will pr... ***Please see attached combined synopsis for details*** NOAA's National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) West Coast Regional Office (WCR) is seeking to collaborate with a particular entity that will provide a vessel to support underwater abalone surveys and research conducted by SCUBA divers in the coastal waters of San Diego County. The vessel must be able to safely and efficiently provide transportation to San Diego County Dive Survey locations, Dive boat personnel must be familiar with supporting both open circuit and closed circuit rebreather divers. NMFS shall conduct 15.5, 1-day trips to monitor a pilot red abalone outplanting site during the work period and each consecutive option period. All work will be conducted in sites within 3 nautical miles of the Pt Loma and La Jolla coasts in San Diego County.
