This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 335129, and the business size standard is 500 employees. This will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable vendor. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for the purchase and repair of parking lot and sidewalk lighting at the Southeast Fisheries Science Center (SEFSC) facility located in Lafayette, LA, per the specifications of the attached Statement of Need.
