This is a total small business set aside under NAICS 238990 with a size standard of $16.5 Million. This will be awarded as a best-value, tradeoff acquisition. More information regarding the work to be performed as well as the applicable terms and conditions can be found in the attached clauses and statement of work. Scope of Work/Specific Tasks. Non-Personal Service. Contractor shall provide all plant, trained labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, and quality control necessary to successfully accomplish the following: Remove, dispose and Install approximately 460 lineal feet of 6 foot high black vinyl coated galvanized chain link fence with 2 inch diamonds. Fence fabric on the entrance gate must also be replaced and is included in the 460 foot estimation. There is also one 4’ x 6’ pedestrian gate that must be replaced with matching material. Must also remove and replace 51 posts set in concrete to a minimum depth of three feet. The fence is to be topped with three strands of barbed wire pitched away from the property. The posts are to be black to match the fencing. Any supportive metal is to be treated with a primer for suitable for galvanized substrate and painted black (i.e. gate frame and un-replaced posts)
