The contractor is required to remove the existing perimeter fence, vehicle and pedestrian gates at the Turtle Facility (4900 Ft. Crockett Blvd) with a new 7’ tall 9 gauge heavy commercial chain link fence per attached Statement of Work. 100% Small Business Set-Aside per FAR Part 13. Firm Fixed Priced contract will be awarded per the tradeoff criteria in CAR 1352.213-70.
