This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set-aside. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for non-personal services to wire, connect and test existing Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) components located in Lab 121, 120, Seawater Systems room and (1) chiller located outdoors in the lab courtyard.
