This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued for 100% total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238220, and the business size standard is $19.0 Million. This will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable vendor. This combined/solicitation/synopsis is for the purchase of the following commercial services and products. BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT: The equipment must be Mitsubishi brand specific to maintain continuity for servicing, repair and warranty of other installed equipment. This requirement is to upgrade current system components, and components must be compatible with other planned systems. Mitsubishi Dual-Zone Cooling and Heat Pump System. (1) New 20,000 BTU SEER Mitsubishi Dual Zone Heat Pump System Model # MXZ 2C20NAZ with two (2) 9000 BTU wall mount air handlers model# MSZ-GL09NA. Remove existing dual zone heat pump system and install one (1) new 20,000 BTU SEER Mitsubishi Dual Zone Heat Pump System Model # MXZ 2C20NAZ (or approved equivalent) with two (2) 9000 BTU wall mount air handlers model# MSZ-GL09NA (or approved equivalent). PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED COMBINED SYNOPSIS WITH ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD.
