This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 (MAY 2022) (DEVIATION 2022-02) (NOV 2021). (IV) This solicitation is being issued as full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 238220. The size standard is $16.5 Million. The wage determination 2015-4075 Rev 21 for Barnstable County applies to this acquisition.
