This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; “quotations” are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a "request for quotations (RFQ)." The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number/Effective Date: 2020-07/08-31-2020. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 336612, with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The NOAA Office of Law Enforcement, Pacific Islands Division (PID) requires a Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat (RHIB) with a Length Overall (LOA) of 9.5 Meters that will be utilized in open waters to enhance our team’s interdiction and enforcement assignments. The requirement includes an appropriately load-rated trailer, and “turn-key-ready” delivery to PID in Honolulu, Hawaii.
