This is a Sources Sought Notice requesting information for market research purposes in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 10 Procedures, in preparation for an upcoming procurement, for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Office of Law Enforcement (OLE). The intended use/purpose is to maintain access to a public records database to assist OLE in conducting investigative research into targets of interest in support of investigations. Additional market research and information is needed to determine specific capabilities and relevant experience for the following scope components taken from the Statement of Need (SON) attached. All types of business concerns are encouraged to submit a brief, typed Capability Statement (no more than 10 pages) in response to this sources sought announcement. When submitting a response, be concise and provide relevant examples. Standard brochures will not be considered a sufficient response to this notice.
