The Government intends to negotiate an order with Systems Integration and Development, Inc. on a sole source basis off of the vendor’s General Services Administration Federal Supply Schedule contract.... The Government intends to negotiate an order with Systems Integration and Development, Inc. on a sole source basis off of the vendor’s General Services Administration Federal Supply Schedule contract. The order will be for Application Support services to NOAA Fisheries Office of the Chief Information Officer to provide support for one year until the NOAA Mission Information Technology Services (NMITS) strategic sourcing contracts are awarded. A Limited Source Justification will be posted as an amendment to this notice at a later date. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all submittals received by the due date set forth in this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
