The Government will award a contract(s) resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. A lowest price, technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method will be used. See FAR 52.212-1 & addendum, FAR 52.212-2 for submission and evaluation information.
