A: Similar services previously provided under WE133F17SU0225 to Echoview Software PTY Ltd. Q2. Whether companies from Outside USA can apply for this? (like,from India or Canada) A: According to paragraph IV this procurement is unrestricted and open to all sources. Q3. Whether we need to come over there for meetings? A: The statement of work does not require in person meetings. Q4. Can we perform the tasks (related to RFP) outside USA? (like, from India or Canada) A: As long as the services are performed in accordance with the statement of work, the location of the Offeror is not of concern. Q5. Can we submit the proposals via email? A: According to paragraph of the XV of solicitation; Quotes are required to be received in the contracting office no later than 11:00 A.M.
