Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

Contractor shall remove existing 20 Ton Drake Packaged Air Cooled Chiller and associated hardware, parts and components; to include, but not limited to: Detaching from electrical connections; Reclaimi... Contractor shall remove existing 20 Ton Drake Packaged Air Cooled Chiller and associated hardware, parts and components; to include, but not limited to: Detaching from electrical connections; Reclaiming refrigerant; Removing 20 Ton Drake Packaged Air Cooled Chiller from roof top; Removing chiller water piping; Removing plate framed heat exchanger; Removing associated hardware, parts and components AND Replace the 20 Ton Drake Packaged Air Cooled Chiller and all associated hardware, parts and components; to include, but not limited to: Install one new packaged air-cooled chiller, new chiller will have added protective coating to help resist corrosion on the condenser coil and unit cabinet; Install new chiller water piping with new insulation and protective sealant; piping will be schedule 80; Install isolation valves and unions at chiller location on roof; Install new plate frame heat exchanger with piping modifications to adapt to the existing plate exchanger; Install new associated hardware, parts and components while utilizing existing access points (i.e., Core holes and penetrations) and electrical connections; Reattach electrical wiring; Demonstrate system is fully operational. Completion date NLT 60 days after award.
