Description of Requirement: Required Specification are incorporated into the Statement of Need identifying Essential Salient Features – Go/No Go requirements to be utilized for evaluation purposes. Delivery location of requirement: NOAA/NMFS/NEFSC/ITD 166 Water Street, Woods Hole, Massachusetts 02543-1026. Required Delivery Date: 30 days after receipt of order. Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, effective March 10, 2021. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Procedures. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract to the contractor whose offer represents the Best Value based on price and non-price evaluation factors (Price & Technical Specifications).
