This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation ; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this announcement is “NEED00002200907” and is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for a commercial fixed price contract to a sole source using the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 511210, Software Publishers with a small business size standard of $41.5 million. The RFP and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06, effective 5/26/2022. You are requested to submit a technical and separate full price proposal for the effort as described in Section L. Responses are due via email by 2:00pm, Eastern Tine on June 23, 2022 to Stephanie Dewitt (Contracting Officer, stephanie.dewitt@noaa.gov). There will be no exceptions to the time and date on which responses are due, unless determined otherwise by the Government. When responding, please include “RFP NEED00002200907” on the subject line. To verify receipt of your response, please contact the aforementioned by e-mail. Proposals must be valid for at least 90 days from date of submission.
