(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.603-Streamlined solicitation for commercial items under FAR Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation NEEB3000-19-00717 is issued as a Request for Quotation (Quote). (iii) This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. (iv) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332321 and the business size standard is 750 employees. This acquisition a total small business small set aside. (v) NOAA anticipates one line item: 1 Job (JB) (vi) The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Fairbanks Command Data & Acquisition Station (FCDAS) requires the purchase of fire rated interior doors. (vii) Pricing should be FOB Destination. NOAA requests that contractors quote their soonest practical, feasible delivery date, but delivery and installation must be quoted for no later than 30 days following award. (viii) FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items (Oct 2018) applies to this acquisition. (ix) Evaluation Process: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The Government will award a contract resulting from this Request for Quote (RFQ) to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote. The lowest price quote will be evaluated on technical acceptability. If it is found to be acceptable, an award will be made. (x) FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (OCT 2018) Offeror(s) must include a completed copy of the FAR 52.212-3 with their quote. (xi) FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (OCT 2018); (xii) FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Jan 2019). (xiii) Vendors doing business with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) must be registered or be willing to register with the System Award Management at www.SAM.gov. (xiv) Quotations are due on 15 May 2019 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Questions should be received no later than 7 calendar days after the issuance date of this solicitation. Questions will be answered in the form of an amendment to the RFQ. All questions and quotes shall be emailed to the point of contact at (xv).
