FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE SOURCES SOUGHT The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Acquisition and Grants Office (AGO) is exploring capabilities of the commercial marketplace for financial management software to support the Office of Satellite and Product Operations (OSPO) budget office. NOAA/AGO is seeking information for the following: Commercially available off-the-shelf, planning and resource optimization software for financial planning and management that uses algorithmic intelligence to adjust to the government financial structure and processes. OSPO is seeking a performance-based software that possesses capabilities with advanced analytics and algorithms that will enable OSPO to get the highest return from limited resources (dollars and people). The software shall recommend spend plans, be cloud based and should improve effectiveness and efficiency in planning, executing and tracking funding. Salient Characteristics: Cloud based Performance based Algorithmic Intelligence Filterable database Produces analytical reports to aid in real time budget execution, monitoring, tracking and decision recommendations Dashboard view of budget execution with the flexibility to run dynamic what-if drills Allow for the agile remodeling of spend plans Instructions for interested parties: All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided.
