This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this announcement is “NEED00002300580” and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for a commercial fixed-price contract to a sole source using the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 513210, Software Publishers with a small business size standard of $41.5 million. The RFP and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number: 2022-06, effective 6/02/2023. Responses are due via email by 2:00pm, Eastern Time on June 26, 2023 to Stephanie Dewitt (Contracting Officer, stephanie.dewitt@noaa.gov). There will be no exceptions to the time and date on which responses are due, unless determined otherwise by the government. When responding, please include “RFP NEED00002300580” on the subject line.
