INTRODUCTION This Request for Quotation (RFQ) number NE-EB3000-21-01097 is for the purchase of ETL matrix switch signal distribution cards used for signal distribution located at Fairbanks Command and Data Acquisition Station (FCDAS), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued. This procurement is being procured as a small business set aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334220, Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing. Please note that contractors shall complete and submit Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provisions 52,204-24, 52.212-3 and 52.209-11 before NOAA makes the award if information differs from System for Award Management (SAM) representations and certifications. NOAA requests that it be submitted with, and as part of, the quotation. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and proposals are being requested. Response is due by 8/13/2021 11:00 am Eastern Time.
