THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation NCNM4200-19-00512 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has a requirement for meeting room space and lodging accommodations in Honolulu, Hawaii in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The period of performance is May 5, 2019 through May 10, 2019. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. This RFQ is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 721110, Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels with a business size standard of $32.5M. Amendment P19001 removes screen and speakers from the requirement.
