This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is NCNL4000-20-00755 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06. This is a small business (SB) set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 334511 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The following items are to be acquired: Line Item 0001: R8S-CFG-001-43 Trimble R8s - Base and Rover Mode Quantity: 1 Each Line Item 0002: R8S-CFG-001-42 Trimble R8s - Rover/Network Rover Mode Quantity: 1 Each All items shall be shipped FOB Destination to the following address no later than 30 May 2020: National Geodetic Survey ATTN: Ryan Hippenstiel 538 Front Street Norfolk, VA 23510 The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, does not apply to this acquisition, as the Government intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their offers. The clauses at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. This is a noncompetitive action. The attached Single Source Determination provides rationale supporting a noncompetitive award to the intended source, Duncan-Parnell, Inc. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
