THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation NCND6015-19-00786 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has a requirement for Janitorial Services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Wage Determination. The period of performance is August 1, 2019 through July 31, 2020 for the base year and includes four option years. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. This RFQ is 100% set aside for small business concerns.
