The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance Services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Wage Determination at the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary (SBNMS), 175 Edward Foster Road, Scituate, MA. The period of performance is May 10, 2019 through May 9, 2020 for the base year and includes four option years. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. This RFQ is full and open competition.
