Attached Statement of Work, Terms and Conditions, and SF18. ___________________________________________________________________ This is a Pre-solicitation notice to expand a small IT closet at the National Ocean Service Galveston Laboratory 4700 Avenue U, Building 216 Galveston, Texas 77551-6015. This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 236220. The small business size standard is $36.5M. Performance period shall be completed no later than 60 days after date of award. In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The RFQ will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov and is scheduled for issuance on August 7, 2019 and quotes are due by August 21, 2019 no later than 4:00 pm MST. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
