The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS), Hollings Marine Laboratory (HML), has a requirement for the repair and upgrade of the Marley Cooling Tower and Liquid Level Controls Components. The removal of heat from the facility through the tower to exchange heat into the inside of the building has been inconsistent and unsatisfactory.
