Provide the Government with a complete copy of verification documentation for systems operation and performance. Ensure that all rewiring meet current Federal and State regulations and codes. Host a post-installation inspection of the complete 7.5 ton Split Heat Pump System project with the Operations Director and Contracting Officers Representative. Properly dispose of all removed parts and material per Federal, State, and local regulations and codes. Remove defective heat pump system, Outside unit model: Carrier 38AQ-007—520 and the Air handler model: Carrier 40RMQ008–B611HC Above 10 foot drop in ceiling Replace the copper line set with a new copper line set which is about 25 feet long. The electrical system is a 208 – 230volt and is a three phase system. Install new split 7.5 ton split Heat pump System along with piping and electrical wiring. Replace filter grill with correct size. To provide pressure test, pull vacuum, and charge the new system with refrigerant. To provide labor and materials to provide a complete installation and testing of the new 7.5 ton split heat pump system. In accordance with the Statement of Work. Completion date NLT 90 days after award.
