THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation NC-NM6100-23-00901 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS) has requirements for Annual Shipyard Services for the NOAA Research Vessel Shearwater, NOAA registration number R6201. The period of performance will be as follows: Phase 1, Dockside work - August 28, 2023 to February 23, 2024 Phase 2, Haulout work – November 13, 2023 to February 23, 2024 The Place of Performance will be at a location agreed upon between both parties, within 50 miles of Santa Barbara, CA - see SOW for more details.
