The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS), Office of National Marine Sanctuaries (ONMS), Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary (CINMS), Santa Barbara, CA, has a requirement for shipyard services on the NOAA Research Vessel Shearwater (R6201).
