THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation NC-NM6000-21-01263 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. INTRODUCTION/PURPOSE: NOAA’s Cordell Bank National Marine Sanctuary (CBNMS) and Greater Farallones National Marine Sanctuary (GFNMS) require data analysis, summarization, and delivery of data products to assist with a) condition report development and b) ship strike management efforts for CBNMS and GFNMS. AWARD: The Government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) offer. Period of Performance will be: Base: September 20, 2021 - September 19, 2022 Option: September 20, 2022 - September 19, 2023 A contract issued as a result of this solicitation shall incorporate the Department of Labor Wage Number 2015-5725, Revision Number 14, dated July 21, 2021.
