THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation NC-NL1100-23-00918 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS) in Woodford, VA has a requirement for the Cleaning and painting of floor and wall surfaces and the installation of dehumidifying systems for the full basements of 2- ancillary buildings (Ancillary Building 1 and Ancillary Building 2). The Government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) offer. Quote shall include all costs associated with each CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor’s quote. All Technical Requirements are described within the attached Statement of Work. This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 238320, Painting and Wall Covering Contractors, with a Size Standard of $19 million.
