THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS), Management & Budget Office (MBO), has a requirement for project management and technical engineering support in development of a comprehensive facility management and capitalization plan to support the over 431 properties (~415,000 square feet), 240 monitoring stations, and other real property operated and maintained by the program offices. POP is for one (1) year. Please review all attachments in their entirety and respond via email per the RFQ package and instructions (including electronic pricing format).
