This solicitation is being competed under full and open competition. This posting is a revised posting of the previously cancelled solicitation NB733060-20-00828. The previous small business set aside is dissolved. NIST requires cast-in-place concrete placement of a test floor assembly for fire testing at the National Fire Research Laboratory (Building 205) located at the NIST Campus in Gaithersburg, Maryland. NIST is seeking a general contractor to furnish the specified concrete mixture, all labors, other means and methods (e.g. pumping equipment), and supervision, insurance, permits, and incidentals necessary for all elements of the work specified herein. The Contractor shall complete concrete placement and finishing in accordance with relevant American Concrete Institute (ACI) specifications. Questions are due by or before March 3, 2020 at 11:00 AM. Quotations are due by or before March 10, 2020 at 11:00 AM.
