Please see the attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation. The purpose of this acquisition is to procure services for cast-in-place concrete placement of a test floor assembly for fire testing at the National Fire Research Laboratory (Building 205) located at the NIST Campus in Gaithersburg, Maryland. NIST is seeking a general contractor to furnish the specified concrete mixture, all labor, other means and methods (e.g. pumping equipment), and supervision, insurance, permits, and incidentals necessary for all elements of the work specified herein. The Contractor shall complete concrete placement and finishing in accordance with relevant American Concrete Institute (ACI) specifications. Questions are due by or before February 13, 2020 at 11:00 AM. Quotations are due by or before February 21, 2020 at 11:00 AM.
