This solicitation is a Request for Quote RFQ. RFQ number is NB688000-21-02570. This is a combined synopsis solicitation conducted under FAR 12.6 and 13.5 and procedures from FAR 15 will not be used. This synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06 (effective 07/12/2021). The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)’s PML Division requires one (1) to three (3) waveguide devices to convert photons at 854 nm and 1900 nm to 1550 nm by difference frequency generation (DFG) per attached combined synopsis solicitation.
