This is a combined synopsis solicitation conducted under FAR 12.6 and 13.5 and procedures from FAR 15 will not be used. This synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06 (effective 07/12/2021). The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)’s PML Division requires two (2) programmable optical filters for precision filtering and dispersion management of telecom-wavelength frequency combs per the attached combined synopsis solicitation.
