This synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06 (effective 07/12/2021). The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Physical Measurements Lab (PML) has a requirement for one (1) Multichannel Microwave Signal Generator up to 40 GHz for general test and measurement in a laboratory environment in accordance with the requirements in the attached combined synopsis solicitation.
