All communications and documents must include the solicitation number NB688000-21-00047. The contracting officer will not use, nor this solicitation be subject to the formal source selection procedures described in FAR Part 15. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-09. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Acquisition Management Division (AMD), Team E-Boulder has a requirement for Installation of Coaxial Cables for NIST Timescale per the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and Specifications.
