The quotation due date remains unchanged. Question 1 - you would like a Z -cut 40gb/s LiNbO3 amplitude modulator at 1060nm: However this product is an X-cut modulator. Additionally, you are interested in ultra low loss option IAW: However this option is not available for this product. Answer 1 - those two specifications need to be met for the modulators to be useful for our project. Only quotations meeting the SOW specifications will be considered technically acceptably.
