The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) requires high-speed time-tagging electronics for use with NIST's superconducting nanowire single-photon detectors being developed for internally and externally funded projects at NIST. The time tagger shall include at least 8 channels, and the best achievable timing resolution (measured as root-mean-square timing jitter) shall be 4 picoseconds or less. The system shall be able to process signals from the detectors to compute time-correlation histograms. Individual channels shall have a dead time of 6 nanoseconds or less. Please see the attached Combined Synopsis/Soliciation and Specifications.
