THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCE... THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number NB686080-23-01905-1 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) conducted under the authority of FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This RFQ, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-04. The associated NAICS 332312 has a small business size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is being competed Unrestricted. The Government will award a firm-fixed-price purchase order resulting from the responsible offeror whose quotation conforming to the requirements of the solicitation represents the BEST VALUE to the Government considering the Government's evaluation factors provided in the attached Addenda. See attached Instructions and Evaluation Criteria, and Basis for Award (Attachment A). Inquiries/questions regarding the RFQ shall be submitted electronically via e-mail to lisa.stevens@nist.gov no later than Tuesday, August 8, 2023, 11:00 AM (MST). Contractors shall use Attachment B - Experience Submittal form to submit previous experience in supplying/installing a cleanroom. The solicitation will close on the date and time specified and provided in this announcement. All quotations shall be delivered electronically by the specified close date and time to the Contract Specialist, Lisa Stevens, at lisa.stevens@nist.gov.
