The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Acquisition Management Division (AMD), Team E-Boulder has a requirement for an Oscilloscope per the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and Requriements and Specifications.
