The National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST) seeks information on vendors that can provide a commercial automatic alignment and process module ionizer for the Government’s existing SET FC150 Die Bonder. This includes all parts, installation, commissioning, and training. The contractor shall provide personnel that have been factory trained in the service and maintenance of a SETNA SET FC150 by the original manufacturer (SET).
