NIST is seeking market research information from vendors that can provide one High Speed Oscilloscope per the attached draft specifications. The Sources Sought will help determine whether small business set-aside opportunities exist; if at least two qualified small businesses are identified, NIST may conduct a competitive procurement and solicit it as a small business set-aside. Responses are invited from all responsible sources, including large and small businesses, under NAICS 334515 with a 750-employee size standard. Interested firms should submit a capability statement of no more than five pages covering company profile, manufacturer and country of origin, specification sheets/examples, delivery lead time including installation/training, and small business status. This is not an RFQ, no solicitation is currently available, and the government is not obligated to award a contract or pay for information received.
