The purpose of this modification is to post questions and the government responses. Will you be requiring the contractor to RF test the two rebuilt Anechoic chambers after the absorbers have been installed? I was thinking it could be part of the commissioning process. No, NIST will be doing the test of the material. Will NIST be purchasing the absorber panel material (under their existing best price negotiated contract with their approved vendor) or is that the responsibilities of the contractor to purchase? The panel absorber (for gantry legs, panel floor at the base of the south wall in Wing 6 chamber, and for the robot rail covering as well as all other absorber and mounting structures) are the responsibility of the contractor to purchase.
