This is a combined synopsis solicitation conducted under FAR 12.6 and 13 and procedures from FAR 15 will not be used. This synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-07 (effective 09/10/2021). The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)’s Fiber Sources and Applications Group requires three (3) compact pump diode laser boxs that include the necessary current drives, temperature controls, cabling, and mounting to hold four laser pump diodes in butterfly packages that take up to 1.6A of drive current and have 5W thermoelectric coolers per the requirements listed within the soliciation.
