This is a combined synopsis solicitation conducted under FAR 12.6 and 13.5 and procedures from FAR 15 will not be used. This synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-07 (effective 09/10/2021). The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)’s Standared Reference Materials (SRM) Program requires four (4) SRM Charpy specimen lots (1900 specimens per lot) per the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and Statement of Work.
