(4) There is no site visit (or inspection) expected or planned. (5) The RFQ is estimated to close 14 days after posting. (6) The RFQ is restricted to small businesses and prequalified contractors on the NIST Qualified Manufacturers List; (7) There will be no charge for the RFQ; however, it will be only available on www.beta.SAM, written solicitation will not be issued, and not RFQ time extensions are expected. The potential offeror should be expected to submit the following in response to the forthcoming RFQ: • Company name, address, phone numbers, POC email address; • DUNS number; • Active System for Award Management registration; • Quality Control Plan with processes; • Proposed Work Schedule for Pilot and Production Lots; • Completed Pricing Template.
