Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) seeks a contractor to provide construction services for the B1 Wing 6 Seal Above Hallway Doors Project at its Boulder Laboratories campus. The primary work involves extending a demising wall to a structural deck for thermal and mechanical isolation, as well as sealing specific wall penetrations with fire-rated materials. An optional scope may include reconstructing a storage room with associated doors, hardware, sprinklers, lighting, and signage. All services will be performed at the NIST Boulder Laboratories campus located at 325 Broadway, Boulder, Colorado. The contractor is responsible for all materials, labor, debris removal, and compliance with safety requirements.
