This will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for one base year and four one-year option periods to test and treat the chemical loops. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, equipment, chemicals, materials, and other items or services necessary to provide the monitoring, testing, chemicals and or treatment identified in the list of closed water loops.
