Provide labor, materials, and equipment to repair front gate rising barrier enclosures, replacement of rising boom, card reader pedestals, battery backups, heaters, electrical conduit, electrical wiring, adding three (3) pedestal wires to each card reader for future lighting, concrete/asphalt work, and turnaround traffic spikes on the NIST Boulder Campus to comply with current standards on the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) site cited here in this document.
